Are telemedicine visits really unlimited?
Yes! All these plans include unlimited general medical visits with $0 visit fees. Mental Health Complete Plus also includes unlimited therapy and psychiatric sessions (within the 45-minute or 15-minute scheduling format).
Can telemedicine doctors prescribe medications?
Yes. Board-certified doctors can prescribe medications for common conditions. (Controlled substances and certain medications may not be prescribed.)
Does the Mental Health Complete Plus plan include psychiatry?
Yes. It includes therapy, counseling, and psychiatric evaluations, plus follow-up medication management.
Do I need health insurance to enroll in telemedicine plans?
No. These telemedicine options are standalone products that work whether or not you have other insurance.
Are there additional costs for visits or prescriptions?
