Who Qualifies for a LifeLine Phone?

You may qualify if you participate in programs such as:

  • Medicaid

  • Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP/Food Stamps)

  • Supplemental Security Income (SSI)

  • Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)

  • Veterans Pension or Survivors Benefit

  • Tribal-specific programs (such as Tribal TANF, Bureau of Indian

  • Affairs General Assistance, etc.)

  • Income at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
