Who Qualifies for a LifeLine Phone?
You may qualify if you participate in programs such as:
Medicaid
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP/Food Stamps)
Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)
Veterans Pension or Survivors Benefit
Tribal-specific programs (such as Tribal TANF, Bureau of Indian
Affairs General Assistance, etc.)
Income at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
