Annual Enrollment is Around the Corner!
Medicare’s Annual Enrollment Period starts October 15. Now’s the time to update your information and get on our calendar for your 2026 benefit review.
ACA Marketplace Open Enrollment begins November 1. If you have Marketplace coverage, make sure your info is up to date!
Health Habits for Back-to-School (and Back-to-You)
Meal Planning Magic: Save time and money by planning simple, healthy meals. Even a “snack plate dinner” counts!
Move It or Lose It: Whether you walk the dog or dance in your kitchen, a little movement goes a long way.
Hydration Reminder: If you’re sweating buckets in the August sun, don’t forget to drink water! (Coffee is great, but water is magic.)

Covers nutrition counseling for people with diabetes or kidney disease. (Healthy eating, here you come!)
If you move to a new state, you may be eligible for a special enrollment period to update your Medicare coverage.
